Renting a home from an owner is hands down the best deal, not only in price but the atmosphere as well. The Capewell's place in Emerald Island is first class in both location and the physical property itself. It took less then 10 minutes to get to the Parks and its access to both World Drive and Route 4 make driving a breeze. The great room is very comfortable.The pool area is awesome and very private.The combination of shrubs and the rear conservation make this screened in patio a tropical experience.The best part for our family was that after a day at the parks we could chill and grill around the Pool/Patio and relax in style. We also went back a few nights to hit the fireworks and with only a few miles to Epcot or Magic Kingdom you don't feel to far out to make the second trip. The game room also offered some relief while waiting for the other family members to get comings and goings in order. This place can comfortably accommodate 2 full families without ever feeling cramped or over crowded. Goodbye pillow mints, hello Private homes. Thanks Again for sharing your place." "Thanks for a wonderful time at your beautiful home. Perfect layout of a house and lovely decor. So inviting when we arrived home each night after a great day at the parks. Impressive gated community with a warm welcome from the security guards at the gate. The receptionists are very helpful too. Great location just far enough away from the commercial area for a peaceful relaxed "get away from it all" feeling but close enough without having to travel too far to get to shops, food outlets (for which there are plenty to choose from) or the parks. Luck was on my side when we picked this awesome florida home. The best holiday we have had."

MI Jan 2007 Well it took me a while, but I'm finally writing to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your "Awesome Florida Home" back in January. Indeed, we did find it AWESOME... It was clean and spacious (some of our relatives stayed in a 5 bedroom house about a week later that had only 4 chairs around the table) The privacy in the back (with the natural view) was a wonderful change from typical homes in the area. The game room gave the kids a "place of their own" where they could play with toys without being "under-foot" and the adults even enjoyed a mini pool tournament. Who needs a garage for a rental car anyway? The screen around the pool really gave us extra piece of mind with regard to safety of our 3 year old - Thanks. Our only complaint for the week was a day of cold rain, but your house with the heated pool even helped turn that into a fun day. Another bonus for me was the repeated compliments from my wife and family on how well I did finding and picking your house! You can bet I'll be in touch as soon as I know when our next trip will be, and I'll heartily recommend your house to anyone, as long as they're going at a different time : ) Thanks from all of us. Your home is absolutely beautiful. We had some reservations when we first decided to rent a home because you really don't know what the home will be like, but when we walked in the front door to your home we couldn't believe how clean and well cared for it is. My mother inlaw couldn't believe that someone would actually rent a home like this to people that you don't know, she is so impressed that she is thinking on renting it next year for 3 weeks and spend a week by herself, and having our family come for a week as well as her son's family come for the other week. The management company was wonderful and very helpful, the resort community is very nice and everyone is very friendly. whenever we plan our next vacation we will most definitely book your home. The weather was cooler than it has been in years past, however it still was much warmer than Northern Indiana! This was our third year in a row that we have spent a week in your home and it is still hard to believe that you rent out such a beautiful place. This will probably be our last time coming to Florida for a few years due to my daughter graduating from High School this summer and will be attending college in the fall. We usually took our vacation during the kids spring break so we will have to see how her schedule goes in the future. Malone Family, Dartmouth, NS, Canada May 2010 Thank you, we had a wonderful stay at your villa in Emerald Isle, firstly the location of the villa is excellent as unlike many villas in gated communities it was only minutes from the communal pool area and Tiki bar. We have stayed in communities before that you have to take the car to the community pool!! Even though you have your own pool at the villa sometimes it's nice to escape (possibly just from the kids for an hour, have a wee glass of wine, a read of your book, soak in the hot tub and return to the family refreshed!) I have stayed in Windsor Hills before and when staying for a month find that the better restaurants eg. Giordanos, Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays are just off Ponciana so quicker from Emerald Isle than Windsor Hills. As for golf my husband and son play normally daily at one of the three courses at Reunion or at Providence... Reunion being 8 mins. away. I would certainly recommend Ray's villa at Emerald Isle for a fantastic family holiday or even adult away together (being one of the few community resorts with a bar open even in the evening). Although Disney is on your doorstep sometimes the WHOLE holiday is not always about that, it is also about chilling with family and friends and you can certainly do that here. Fiona & Family, St. Andrews, Scotland, UK Jan 2011 Stayed for 3 weeks in villa and the time just flew by, didn’t have time to add to the visitors book in the villa so wanted to take time to add our comments to the website, villa location is perfect both for the community pool/tiki bar and the parks, 2 mins walk to tiki bar and 10 min drive to Disney parks. You can get daily English papers from here as well for around 2$ from reception and the tiki bar do a happy hour from 4-7pm, when you can get a beer for 2$. Villa itself ideal as well and very well equipped, pool and games room great features, management company were also really good and responded within 30 minutes when we had a problem with a toilet (sorry restroom!) flush. Thank you very much, we had a really great time and your management company were extremely quick to help us when we ran out of BBQ gas and the pool (unbelievably) needed to have the heating reduced.. Shame the British weather isn't doing us any repatriation favours, but to be expected in November. Just need to recover from the credit card bill now! Once again, lovely place, excellent location too. We will recommend to any friends who may be considering a similar trip. Kraulis Family, Newfoundland, Canada April 2015 We stayed at this lovely home in October last year. It is well decorated and stocked with all the essentials for a great self catered holiday. All towels and bedding supplied. There is a club house with bar and gym for guests staying at the property to use. It is very well situated for all the parks and the 192 with many great restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive. We have been to Orlando on many occasions and this location is the best we have stayed at, for quick accessibility to everywhere. It is ideal for a family holiday. The garage is used as a games room which is fun to use especially on a wet day. The pool area is quiet and not overlooked. We have used this Villa before and would certainly go again. It is a beautiful, well maintained home with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. The owner is efficient and the management company deal with any issues you might have promptly and effectively. I can’t fault the service we received. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone.
